Any email or any acknowledgement by us of a receipt of an order placed by you does not mean that we have accepted your order.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Photobooth Props Ltd will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have told you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. By making a purchase on this website you agree to the terms and conditions of the website.

Your rights to cancel

If you are not satisfied with your order or you have received the wrong product, you have the right to cancel your contract with Photobooth Props Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned and must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any goods. You have the right to cancel an order but we may not be able to prevent it being shipped to you. If you receive your order after you have cancelled it this means we were unable to prevent it being shipped and you must therefore return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy below. Please note we usually process orders from 8.00am during normal working days and your communication may reach us after we have processed your order. All instructions to cancel must be clear and quote the reference/invoice number on the email you have received at the time you place your order. Made to order or custom made/printed products cannot be cancelled if they have already been made or printed.

Any international/domestic custom orders that are paid for cannot be refunded. These are custom orders that have to be paid for before manufacture or delivery and cannot be refunded once accepted and manufactured.

Customised/personalised products.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure any printed, made to order, custom made or personalised products need to be fully confirmed and agreed before making and dispatch. There are no refunds for made to order printed, made to order, custom made or personalised products unless there is a fault with the product that is a manufacturing issue or the fault of the seller.

 

Returns Policy and Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items must be reported or returned unused, with all original packing material within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Items must be unused and in a saleable condition
  • Items such as wigs, beards, glasses, hats and head pieces must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place where tamper seals are provided Include the delivery note or a copy of your email invoice with the goods. Send the goods in appropriate packaging.
  • There will be no refunds on postage
  • Please return to the address given in the footer at the bottom of this page

 

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.  They must be unused and in their original packaging. Items must not have any signs of use or damage. If there is a dispute regarding damage or fault with any product, a decision will be made on return of the item and after an assessment during the inspection process.

It is important that you ensure that your purchase has been delivered undamaged. You are required to check the contents and report any damage that you feel needs repairing or replacing within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Items reported damaged after this time may be chargeable as it is harder to prove the item arrived in this condition after this period.

Refunds will be paid within 7 days of receiving the returned goods by reversing the payment through our payment processors. For unwanted or undamaged goods, in accordance with current law, the cost of both original and return postage shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund issued. We cannot refund for any products that have either been opened, for certain products as listed above, or used. We do not refund return shipping costs: it is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend using a traceable service offering proof of delivery such as Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Photobooth Props Ltd cannot be held responsible if anything is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

For refunds of costumes, if the refund is because of no fault of Photobooth Props Ltd and is simply a customer changing their mind or because of an incorrect order by the customer, there will be a £3 charge deducted from the refund for a restocking fee to cover the expense and considerable time of repacking & repackaging the costume and then restocking. 

If a customer states that they have not received a consignment, but we have proof, through Royal Mail tracking or courier delivery tracking, that the consignment was delivered, this shall be considered as our part fulfilled. The customer will have to take up an enquiry or complaint with the courier or Royal Mail.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If there is evidence that products were broken on purpose by customers in order to get a refund, once the customer had use of the products, then refunds will be at our discretion and there may not be any refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you. The customer shall borne the cost of postage and there shall be no postage refunds.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed as soon as possible. Your bank/credit card provider can take up to five working days to credit your account after we have notified them of a refund. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

We will validate your credit/debit card before accepting your order.

We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage during the processing of your order. We will try to contact you if your card is declined after you have placed your order but we may not be able to do this.

The prices quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time.

The current price shown on the website is the price you will be charged. Any variation to the price shown must be confirmed in writing by Photobooth Props Ltd before your order is accepted by us. The prices shown against each item includes VAT where applicable but does not include postage charges: if applicable, these are shown separately.

Description of Products

The description and specification of products on this website, although as accurate as possible, are only approximate. We reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of these products. We reserve the right to withdraw items or extras that may be offered as free with any of our products, either temporarliy or permanently, and that may or may not be on special offer. There is no customer entitlement to free gifts and free gifts do not count towards any purchase price. If free items are dispatched, they are dispatched as a free gift and at no cost. We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability. Colours of products on the website may differ from the actual product. This may be due to numerous reasons, such as new restock products having a slightly different colour. It may also be due to lighting when taking images of the products, or may be due to colour settings on different devices such as PC's, laptops, tablets and mobile phones, as different devices can show different shades for the same image.

All the products on the website are subject to availability.

We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch. Display of an item on the website is not an indication that the item is in stock, although our stock volume numbers are very accurate.

If you have selected an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as quickly as we can.

We will try to do this within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work). Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee to contact you within this time.

Accepted orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order (Same day before 3pm orders) being placed on our website except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work.

Next day deliveries are not guaranteed but we have over a 98% success rate. Royal Mail First Class usually takes 1-3 working days, but it is possible it is sometimes a bit longer, Royal Mail Second Class takes about 2-3 working days, but it is possible it is sometimes a bit longer.

The time for delivery of your order varies per your chosen method of shipment.

Photobooth Props Ltd have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified by your chosen method of shipment.

We will not refund any charges relating to shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.
Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible.

Different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style from the descriptions and pictures on the website: Photobooth Props Ltd will always dispatch goods of comparable or superior quality.

This Contract is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to this Contract.
